Arts in the Hall logo

Inspired by Boro, the Japanese practice of using patchwork to visibly mend fabric. Come along and stick, staple or sew scraps of fabrics together and embellish them using fabric pens, buttons, beads or embroidery. You can bring in old pieces of fabric, any textile that means something to you, or use our fabrics to form your own meaningful creations. Accessible for all.

You can keep your final piece of patchwork.
