Open Mondays and Wednesdays, 10.00am-12.00noon and every first Saturday of the month during our vegan weekend breakfast café, 9am-1pm.

The Charnwood Toy Library supports child development through play by offering a range of quality toys to all children including those with disabilities for recreation, therapy and education, helping to advance their intellectual, motor, personal and social development.

The library has a huge amount of indoor and outdoor toys. These include toys such as story sacks (with multiple themes), games, jigsaws, DVD’s, dressing up, sensory, ride-on and construction toys.

Most of the toys are quality donations, and some have been purchased with grants. Toys, books and stationery are also available for sale.

Available on the first Monday of the month (except bank holidays and August). Food served 12 noon – 1pm. Enjoy traditional vegetarian Asian food made by the Café in the Hall and the lovely ladies from Anand Mangal. Different menu every month (published on our Facebook) and all cooked fresh to order for you to either eat in the Hall or to take away.

Loughborough 1st Scouts have met at Fearon Hall since the early 1900’s and continue to meet every Monday during term time.

Beavers – Age 6-8.  Boys & girls.  Try new things, make new friends.  Joining Beavers is just the start of your big adventure.

Scouts – Age 10 ½ .  Boys & girls. With over 100 years’ experience in character education, the scout movement has helped young people enjoy fun and adventure, learn new skills and become active citizens of the future.

Situated in the Main Hall, our welcoming and friendly community café is the heartbeat of Fearon Hall and is a central focus for visitors during Hall opening times.

Open Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm for breakfast goodies, lunches, light refreshments, yummy homemade bakes and treats and a selection of hot and cold drinks, to eat in or takeaway.

It’s good food, doing good. With everything cooked from fresh ingredients in the Hall kitchen and all diets catered for with vegetarian and vegan options too. And of course, every penny you spend is reinvested back into providing community activities at the Hall.

Keep Moving and feel energised and active. A fun and friendly classs for over 55s from Moving Together.

Sessions focus on a variety of dance styles and activities are suitable for a range of abilities.

1 hour weekly classes take place every Tuesday. £7.50 per person per session.

We stock groceries close to their ‘use by’ or ‘best before’ date. This means we can offer items at incredible value that are all still perfectly good to eat, that would otherwise end up in the bin!

Cubs – Age 8 – 10 ½.  Boys and girls.  Every week Cubs gather in groups called Cub Packs to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.

Explorers – Age 14 – 18.  Boys & girls.  Explorer Scouts have the opportunity to take part in adventurous activities, local conservation projects, creative projects, camps and expeditions, community support…the list is endless!
