Just one little thing from you can change a lot for someone else.

How can the voluntary and private sector work together to support communities?

The future of community is not solely the responsibility of one organisation.  We at Fearon Hall do all we can, but need support from you so that the hall can remain an asset to the community for many years to come.  Here at the Hall we want to help foster relationships between the private sector, local government and local industries.  We believe working with these sectors can help us to continue the work we do.  By working together we can influence lasting change in communities, and help people & families build resilience to help themselves.

It is proven that Fearon Hall has had an impact on the lives of others.  We have had the opportunity to make a difference to families lives, and Fearon Hall has been doing this for generations with many children growing up to work in local government and the arts, and earning a good income to support their own families in 2020.

Working together we have the power to change the lives of many, just by using our building to its full capacity.   This is where you come in, at its simplest, your organisation can support us to maintain our building to ensure it remains a community hub for many years to come, and provide specific opportunities which could help change the lives of community members, simply by hiring one of our five rooms for your business meetings.

We can provide a covid secure space for your management meetings, away days or training.  We have on site catering facilities and can provide all the resources you will need such as flip charts, projectors, screens etc.  Our room hire rates are comparable with other centres but every penny you spend with us is used to provide support to the most vulnerable in our community who find it difficult to escape their current circumstances.

Why would you hire one of our spaces?

We want to help people transition out of poverty, feel a sense of belonging in their community, feel less trapped in the system and find some stability.  We can do this by providing technology, and support to contact specialist agencies, help with job search, help with finances, health and wellbeing, fulfilling their needs and creating lasting change.  The impact of austerity has created inequalities in our community, but together we have the ability to influence, and we have the local knowledge to make a real difference.  All we ask of you is to consider hiring one of our spaces for your business meeting or training to help build stronger communities together, who knows maybe one day, one of our community members that we currently support will go on to work alongside you or deliver a service you require.

Thank you, please visit our Room Hire tab for more information.
