As Christmas fast approaches and before we sign off for the end of another unusual year, I would like to use my final message of 2021 to say some very heartfelt thankyous.
Special recognition must go to our fabulous staff and volunteers for working tirelessly to make Fearon Hall the welcoming friendly and community focused place it is. But we would be nothing without the people who use our building. So our team want to say a special thank you to our wonderful Hall users, who show the same kindness and consideration to each other and who’s support enables Fearon Hall be the welcoming special place that it is.
I would also like to take the time to reassure all who use Fearon Hall and our Café in the Hall about the measures we are taking to continue to keep everyone safe and well.
In line with recent announcements we will continue with mask wearing and the provision of hand sanitising stations and our strict covid cleaning schedule is being maintained. Ventilation and social distancing are also in place and all measures will be kept under review. Please bear in mind that opening hours and activities might change at short notice. Our website, facebook and noticeboards will have the latest arrangments.
Opening times are slightly different over the holiday period.
The Café will be closed from Saturday December 18 and reopen on Wednesday January 12 for our first Beat the Winter Blues of 2022.
The Hall office closes on Friday December 17 and will reopen on Monday January 10 2022. Emails will be monitored during this time.
That’s about it from me. So on behalf of all at Fearon Hall I would like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy peaceful new year.
Stay Safe and take care,
Meg
