Enjoy being outdoors and want to meet lovely, like-minded people? Then join Lindsey and Tony as they transform the outdoor areas around Fearon Hall into beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Whether you come alone or with someone else, you’ll immediately be made to feel welcome. There’s always lots to do, gallons of tea to drink and plenty of friendly natter to be had.

No experience necessary. Just pop along and have a go. Look forward to seeing you 🙂

Loughborough 1st Scouts have met at Fearon Hall since the early 1900’s and continue to meet every Monday during term time.

Beavers – Age 6-8.  Boys & girls.  Try new things, make new friends.  Joining Beavers is just the start of your big adventure.

Scouts – Age 10 ½ .  Boys & girls. With over 100 years’ experience in character education, the scout movement has helped young people enjoy fun and adventure, learn new skills and become active citizens of the future.

Bag yourself a second hand clothes bargain, Tuesday to Friday, 9am – 2pm in the Café Main Hall. Check out our rail of donated preloved clothes in our Preloved Community Clothes Shop. It’s good stuff doing good with every penny you spend used to keep Fearon Hall open as a vital community resource for all. It also allows us to provide support to the most vulnerable people in our community. So when you buy from our shop that’s not only cost effective for you, it will also be making a difference for those who need it the most. So, everyone wins!

Gift or swap your surplus garden goodies at Fearon Hall, Tuesday to Friday and every first Saturday of the month, 9am – 2pm from May to October.

Reduce food waste, help the local community and promote a more sustainable way of sourcing foods.

Drop off home grown fruit, vegetables, herbs or even seeds, seedlings or plants.  Our own gardeners will also be growing edible plants in our amenity beds around the Hall so keep an eye out for what’s available.

Surplus garden goodies can be collected and used by anyone who would like it absolutely free of charge. Contributions go towards supporting local families and elderly residents who can’t afford to buy fresh and to encourage people to try more locally produced food or to have a go at growing themselves.

Our café will be open for breakfast and other refereshments.

Situated in the Main Hall, our welcoming and friendly community café is the heartbeat of Fearon Hall and is a central focus for visitors during Hall opening times.

Open Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm for breakfast goodies, lunches, light refreshments, yummy homemade bakes and treats and a selection of hot and cold drinks, to eat in or takeaway.

It’s good food, doing good. With everything cooked from fresh ingredients in the Hall kitchen and all diets catered for with vegetarian and vegan options too. And of course, every penny you spend is reinvested back into providing community activities at the Hall.

Back for summer 2024. Our community sandpit is open again. Tuesday to Friday, 9.30am – 1.30pm (weather permitting!)

Come with your little ones, meet friends or make friends.

Open for anyone to have a play, adults or children. Free of charge.

Grab a coffee or treat yourself to lunch from the Café in the Hall and have a play!

Do you enjoy sewing or would like to learn how to sew? Then why not join us every Wednesday between 10am and 12 noon for our friendly sewing group.

Learn a new skill, share tips, make new friends and enjoy a chat with other like-minded people in a safe and friendly environment. No experience or equipment necessary.

Refreshments available from The Café in the Hall.

No need to book. Just pop along and say hello!

Keep fit and active at this fun and friendly over 55s class from Moving Together.

Sessions focus on a variety of dance styles and activities are suitable for a arange of abilities.

Weekly classes take place every Tuesday. £7 per person per session.
