Fearon Hall and Action on Lonliness are proud to walk with Loughborough Men’s Walk & Talk Project in hosting a family fun day on the Parish Green on Friday 26th July between 3pm and 6pm. They’ll be a BBQ, face painting, bouncy castle, sandpit and more. It’s free to attend but small charge applies for BBQ food.
Together we aim to bring our community together to combat loneliness in and around Charnwood.

It’s good stuff doing good with every penny you spend used to keep Fearon Hall open as a vital community resource for all. It also allows us to provide support to the most vulnerable people in our community. So when you buy from our shop that’s not only cost effective for you, it will also be making a difference for those who need it the most. So, everyone wins!

Gift or swap your surplus garden goodies at Fearon Hall, Tuesday to Friday and every first Saturday of the month, 9am – 2pm from May to October.
Reduce food waste, help the local community and promote a more sustainable way of sourcing foods.
Drop off home grown fruit, vegetables, herbs or even seeds, seedlings or plants. Our own gardeners will also be growing edible plants in our amenity beds around the Hall so keep an eye out for what’s available.
Surplus garden goodies can be collected and used by anyone who would like it absolutely free of charge. Contributions go towards supporting local families and elderly residents who can’t afford to buy fresh and to encourage people to try more locally produced food or to have a go at growing themselves.
Our café will be open for breakfast and other refereshments.

Situated in the Main Hall, our welcoming and friendly community café is the heartbeat of Fearon Hall and is a central focus for visitors during Hall opening times.
Open Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm for breakfast goodies, lunches, light refreshments, yummy homemade bakes and treats and a selection of hot and cold drinks, to eat in or takeaway.
It’s good food, doing good. With everything cooked from fresh ingredients in the Hall kitchen and all diets catered for with vegetarian and vegan options too. And of course, every penny you spend is reinvested back into providing community activities at the Hall.
