Parking on Rectory Road when visiting Fearon Hall
For all our Hall users please note that Rectory Road is residents parking only.
Rectory Road is not a through road and with parked vehicles on both sides access can sometime be very squeezed. We do have a small number of parking spaces on the front of Fearon Hall but these are quickly filled. When visiting Fearon Hall, if there is no spaces on the front, you are politely requested to use other local streets (not Rectory Road) to park your vehicle. Visitor parking permits are available, however you will not be issued with one if you are intending to park on Rectory Road, unless you have a Blue Badge.
Notice for Blue Badge holders
Even if you have a Blue Badge you must still have a visitor parking permit to park on Rectory Road. This includes on the double yellow lines outside the Hall. Failure to obtain a permit may result in a street warden issued parking fine. Fearon Community Association is not responsible if you recieve a fine.
Visitor parking permits are available from Hall reception.
We do realise that parking a vehicle close to the Hall is important to some of our visitors with mobility issues but please appeciate that we are in an urban, residential setting and other modes of transport to Fearon Hall are encouraged.
If you do need to park, please do so responsibly and with respect to our neighbours on Rectory Road. Thank you.
