Fearon Hall is a vibrant and flexible centre offering a friendly environment and a range of versatile room hire for community groups, meetings, business break-out, private hire, special projects, theatre and performance based events.
We can provide all the resources you need such as flip charts, projectors, screens etc. You can also enjoy a range of refreshments from The Café in the Hall including refillable hot drinks, freshly baked pastries or buffet style lunches – talk to us about your specific requirements. What’s more – every penny you spend with us is used to provide support to the most vulnerable in our community. So when you hire the Hall you can help to change someone’s life for the better. Main Hall

A large ground floor space which is bright and airy with attractive period windows running along two sides of the room. A truly multi-functional space suitable for fitness classes, fetes, market stalls, conferencing, community or family events and parties.
DJ Lounge
PRICE FROM £20P/H
The David Johnson (DJ) Lounge is an ideal space for meetings and training sessions and is also perfectly situated to act as a breakout room from the Main Hall.
Kitchen
PRICE FROM £10P/H
Our recently refurbished commercial kitchen is home to our own Café in the Hall. Also available to hire and suitable for cookery courses and training, small business food production or a serving area for community events in the Main Hall.
Preston Room
PRICE FROM £15P/H
Compact and flexible, the Preston Room is an ideal space for small meetings, interviews, 1:1 therapy and counselling and triage/drop in sessions.
Pitts Room
PRICE FROM £20P/H
A lovely, light and airy ground floor space with its own kitchenette. Perfect as a meeting/training space or classroom.
Paget Room

Situated on the first floor the Paget Room is a bright space with period features, large windows and a distinctive high vaulted ceiling. A unique venue for your meeting, training or class activities.
Ballroom
